It looks as though new sticks have been brought to the nest and placed on the perimeter to keep GV and RJ away from the edge.  Blogger Vivian noted about the url to the osprey cam. We changed our domain name from palelec.com to palmetto.coop about 5 - 6 years ago, so please check your url and make sure it is http://www.palmetto.coop/community/osprey/env_osprey.asp

The last two days GV is allowing RJ to eat so there is a bit more harmony on the platform.

We hope everyone has a fun and safe Memorial Day weekend and we also want to commemorate all the men and women, who have died in military service for the United States.

Glad to see that there is more harmony in the nest these days. The chicks look great.

I don't know how all this web address stuff works, but the old url, that I have had bookmarked for quite a few years, worked until two days ago. Guess both worked for the cam for a while.

I ditto Moderator's expression of appreciation to all our military personnel. Must go hang out my flag.

It appears Bea is being a "mom-brella" sheltering GV & RJ from the bright sun.

Glad to see the harmony happening between sibling.

A Happy & Safe Memorial day to all.

God Bless the USA.

Have my fingers crossed that the nest doesn't blow away during the storms headed this way. If we hit 60 mph winds, it could be a big problem for Bea, Jasper and their kids.

Another whale of a fish in the nest (flounder?), and more aggressive behavior. There is definitely a pecking order here, but both chicks look healthy weight-wise.

Ditto to Carol with concerns about Beryl coming in.

Good to see both GV and RJ getting bigger everyday. They both love going to the edge of the nest and looking out at the big world out there. Makes me nervous but I read that is normal behavior and part of their development.
