The nest is located on Mathews Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC, USA.

Our 2017 Osprey Blog is not officially open just yet, but wanted to let everyone know that Bea arrived the morning of January 10, 2017. We are awaiting Jasper's return so the pair can begin rebuilding their nest and start a new family of ospreys.

Thanks so much for the confirmed 2017 "Bea" photo! I think last year Jasper was at the nest 1/26. Bea is early this year!
It's great to see Bea in the nest already. Hopefully, Jasper will show up soon and they can get to work! Sincerely hoping for a successful nesting season!!
Wow, Bea is doing a nice job building up the sides of the nest! I'm sure she's anxious to have Jasper return so they can start filling that nest with eggs! :-)
