13 February 2018

We have our first egg of the 2018 season. Longtime viewer, Beth, noticed the egg last night about 6:47. I have to admit I didn’t think the pair would have an egg this early since Jasper arrived only less than three weeks ago.
In the past eight years Bea has laid her first egg on the following dates:

12 Feb
17 Feb
16 Feb
2 Mar
7 Mar
13 Mar
24 Mar
25 Mar

Bea seems a bit unsettled this morning as she flew off and left the egg momentarily unattended until Jasper flew to the platform.

Ok I hav Internet Explore and Google Chrome, not Firefox. I see the webcam but it will not refresh on Google Chrome and IE will not even find the webcam. Do I have to install Firefox? Why won't it work with Google chrome?
Thanks in advance for you help/input.

Mary Pat,

Not quite sure. Try clearing your browser history (cache) in your browser settings.

Mary Pat,

To follow up, I tested IE and Chrome and the view did refresh. Bea was off of the egg for several minutes and it could appear that the image never changed. She is back on the egg now. To ensure the picture is changing, you can always view the time on the bottom right to see if it is changing.
