The nest is located on Mathews Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC, USA.
10 April 2018
Today marks the 48th day since the 3rd egg was laid. Chicks normally hatch 34 - 42 days after being laid. It's very possible that these eggs are not viable. We keep watching and wishing the pair the best of luck.

I just finished reading the comments. Since this is the 11th of April, do you suspect all eggs are not viable?
With incubation ranging from 34 - 42 days I would say that the eggs are probably not viable. Today marks the 49th day for the 3rd egg and the 47th day for the 4th.

How long will they sit on unviable eggs?
I do not know the answer to that. I'll see what I can find out.
Darn, was hoping we would have little "O's" for 2018.
