How often does the screen refresh. Used to be 5 Seconds - now seems to be 5 Minutes. Am I correct

Yes you are correct. We believe the host provider of our website has made server changes that prevented timely screen refreshes. We hope to eventually make the nest cam a live feed for the future. Unfortunately, it did n't happen this osprey season.
